Policies

Payments & Deposits:
We require that your weekend be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay. Payment in full or a minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your spot.

Payment by personal checks, money orders, or certified funds:
Send full payment or deposit with your registration. Once received, confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please note any outstanding balance must be received 30 days prior to your scheduled stay to avoid loss of deposit. A $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Payment by credit:
Once registration is received, you will be sent an invoice via e-mail. The invoice will provide a link to Pay Pal's secure site that allows you to pay directly online. Upon full, or deposit payment, you will be sent confirmation. Please note any outstanding balance must be received 30 days prior to your stay to avoid loss of your weekend.

Cancellations:
Requests for refunds will be honored 30 days prior to the event less the $100.00 deposit.    No refunds will be given 30 days prior to your stay. If for some reason you must cancel your reservation at the last minute, your collected money may be transferred to another weekend minus a $50.00 processing fee. Rescheduling must be made within a 3 month period from the original weekend date. If you cannot check-in on Friday due to a legitimate emergency, you can either transfer your reservation to another weekend and pay the additional $50, or choose to check in Saturday. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend and no fee will be assessed. Please understand that a lot of time and preparation goes into preparing for your luxury retreat visit.

Check-In – Check-Out: Check- in time is 2:00 pm Friday and check-out time is 2:00 pm Sunday. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to. Please do not arrive early for the weekend, as we will not be able to accommodate you until check-in time. We ask that all supplies and gear be packed and out of the cropping area by the check-out time.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are good for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Special Food Requests: We regret we are unable to take special food requests. However, if you are diabetic or a vegetarian, we will make every effort accommodate you with advance notice.

Accommodation Requests: We will make every effort to accommodate specific guest room requests, but cannot guarantee it. Register early to improve your chances!

Discounts: Discounts may not be combined or used with the Half Price Program, or discounted weekends won at raffles.

Hammering: Since some croppers object to the noise of hammering, we ask that you leave your hammers at home. As a courtesy, we provide and encourage the use of our Cropodiles for grommets and eyelet setting.

Refunds: Refunds minus the deposit are given only if requests are made 30 days prior to your stay. Crème of the Crop reserves the right to cancel a weekend if a 6 person minimum is not met or, if unforeseen circumstances dictate and no other arrangements can be made. You may then reschedule your weekend or receive a full refund.
